Evidence found at the scene suggests that he may have been strangled elsewhere before his body was dumped into the canal. They are calling for it to be transferred to the morgue for thorough examinations and to allow possible identification by relatives.<\/p><p>King Umurundi Freedom calls for serious investigations and
