Corruption and economic mismanagement remain among the most destructive forces undermining justice, equality, and development in Burundi. At King Umurundi Freedom, we investigate and expose how the embezzlement of public funds, favoritism, and malfeasance directly contribute to the economic impoverishment of communities and the erosion of social trust.
