Reporting Violations

If you have witnessed or been a victim of a human rights violation in Burundi, King Umurundi Freedom invites you to report it confidentially. Your report helps us to document, investigate, and advocate for justice and accountability.

Confidentiality And Anonymity

All information you provide to King Umurundi Freedom is treated with strict confidentiality. If you fear reprisals, you can report anonymously; we will protect your identity as much as possible. To allow us to verify and investigate, please provide as much detail as possible—dates, locations, names (if known), and any supporting evidence or documentation.

You can report incidents such as arbitrary arrests or detentions, torture or ill-treatment, discrimination or persecution, corruption or abuse of public office, violations of freedom of expression, association, or movement, as well as other violations of human rights or dignity. If you are unsure whether an incident falls into these categories, report it anyway—every piece of information helps our work.
